Corporate History

History

October 2021: Establishment of Okinawa Financial Group, Inc.
Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section and the Fukuoka Stock Exchange Main Market.
The 1st Medium-Term Business Plan (October 2021 - March 2024) launched.

April 2022: Due to a market classification review by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, moved from the First Section to the Prime Market.
The 2nd Medium-Term Business Plan (April 2024 - March 2027) launched.

May 2024: Selected as one of Forbes' "WORLD'S BEST BANKS 2024".

March 2025: Received the Minister of State for the Promotion of Overcoming Population Decline and Vitalizing Local Economy in Japan Award. Introduced an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Employee ownership trust ).

July 2025: Establishment Okigin Success Partners Co., Ltd.

October 2025: Okigin SPO Co., Ltd. changes its name to Okigin System Solutions Co., Ltd.
